DISTANCE DOULA SERVICES

Strength in Support

We may not live in the same place, but I would still be honored to support you on your journey.

Whether you are interested in birth doula support or are experiencing loss, there is so much that can be done at a distance.

If COVID has taught us anything it is our power to remain connected when we cannot physically be together.

PICK AND CHOOSE YOUR DOULA SERVICES

Investment: $125 per session (approximately 2 hours) . Payment plans are available.

Sliding scale is also offered as I believe every mother who wants a doula should have one.

CONNECTING WITH A DOULA - MOST POPULAR OPTION

The more I learn about you and your needs, the better I will be able to support you. This session is a time for you to share your hopes, fears, and expectations, ask questions, and get feedback. This will be a general overview of all things birth and postpartum without getting into to too many specifics.

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

This session will go over everything you need to know to confidently give birth. Your partner is encouraged to be present as well. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and catered to meet your needs. Together we will create a "Birth Preferences" letter to send to your doctor or midwife prior to your birth and to bring to the hospital so everyone is on the same page.

POSTPARTUM PREPERATION

So much time is spent focused on the pregnancy and birth that oftentimes parents aren't sure what to do once their baby is home. This session is designed to help parents plan and be prepared for what is to come. We will talk about postpartum recovery, how to best care for mama and baby, sleeping options, breastfeeding, managing responsibilities, sibling integration (if applicable), and things that you may not expect because no one talks about it...

 POSTPARTUM CHECK IN

A few days after you have settled into your new groove I will call you and go your birth and your experience postpartum. This is an oportunity to ask questions, vent, get feedback, ask the questions that you are too uncomfortable to ask anyone else... I know what postpartum looks like and want to support you through it.

LOSS AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

Talk to a professional about your experience, your struggles, your fears, your grief, your hope, and be heard without judgment or agenda. These sessions offer healing advice and supportive comfort.
